Found at 4 The Court, a recently refurbished location following our relocation from Cambridge, where we provide our fast track ABT Accredited diploma & VTCT beauty, holistic, nail & make-up courses.
Spread over 2 separate training rooms & a welcoming reception / break area, you’ll be sure of a warm welcome from our highly qualified & experienced beauty tutors back at Newmarket.

We highly recommend use of the free app – What3words – available for iOS & Android or view online without download using the direct what3words links to the centre location below.
To locate the centre on what3words use: decorated.embraced.duration which will bring you right to our own private entrance. Our entry door is located just behind the large tree. You’ll see The Beauty Academy signage in our window.
Finding our entrance:
- Upon entering Lanwades Business Park, walk or drive walk straight down keeping the large yellow brick building on your left, until you see a small wooden building with brick chimney on your left.
- Follow the road round to the left past this wooden building keeping the large dark brown wooden buildings on your right hand side.
- You’ll see a green wire fence ahead to the left and will go down a small slope.
- Our entrance is in the small stone building, behind the large tree on the small green directly behind the green wire fence. You’ll see our signage in the window.
FACILITIES
Beautiful facilities based on the pretty landscape of Lanwades Business Park, providing a quiet but well located place to learn with well-equipped facilities and experienced tutor.
Set up as two separate training rooms for beauty / massage & nail / lash courses, our premises are bright & inviting. Highly equipped to deliver training all year-round.
There is also a welcoming reception / break area, private toilet & kitchen facilities for use during your training day.
PARKING
We have ample free parking on-site at our training centre location.
Park your car wherever there is space beyond this green wire fence, taking care to avoid blocking access for others.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We would recommend travelling by car wherever possible, as while serviced by a nearby mainline station in Kennett, train connections and times are limited & there are few buses that regularly service the area. If you must travel by train, you may wish to consider using the larger nearby Newmarket station & then picking up a taxi to the training centre (approx. 4 miles from Newmarket station).
Travelling by Train:
Kennett Station services the Ipswich to Cambridge train line regularly. The station is 0.5 mile walk from the training centre.
- When you exit the station, turn right and walk up Station Road.
- Keep walking until you see The Bell Inn on your left hand side at the crossroads.
- Turn right at the cross roads (you may need to cross over the road for safety) but keep The Bell Inn on your right as you walk just a short way out of the village down the B1506.
- You’ll see signs for Lanwades Business Park on the left hand side of the road.
