I attended four courses at The Beauty Academy, all taught by Donna Marie, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Each class was informative, and Donna Marie took the time to answer every question thoroughly, ensuring everyone fully understood each topic.

I’ve done all my mani,pedi, UV gel, acrylic and Biab courses in person at Beauty Academy and I would definitely recommend it! Donna and our Acrylic trainer were so friendly and so knowledgeable and they made sure that I was fully thorough and satisfied with what I learnt on the day. Definitely worth doing your Nail courses with the Beauty Academy if you are thinking of training to be a nail tech.

I booked in for the ultimate beauty therapist package and was so excited to start my journey, on my first day I met Donna, she was so helpful and her attention to detail is amazing, she really makes sure you are ready to start your business as soon as you leave. I couldn’t recommend this service more. Not only are the courses there to help you gain knowledge and a strong understanding of the specific topic you are covering the customer service team are always just a call away with support. I’ve just recently completed the Classic, Hybrid and Russain lash courses at The Beauty Academy Newcastle with Donna. I couldn’t praise Donna enough, she was the most helpful, kind and patient tutor we could have asked for. She filled us all with the confidence we needed and helped us realise it’s a learning process and with practice we will all bloom in to the lash techs we dream to be. I wish I could come back every day to train with Donna and I couldn’t recommend her or The Beauty Academy enough.

I completed the following 1 day courses: Manicure & Pedicure with Corinna and UV Gel Nail Extensions, Acrylic Nail Extensions and Builder Gel In A Bottle with Karen. All of the courses were incredibly informative with plenty of practical training as well as useful hints and tips. Both tutors are friendly and supportive, highly recommended. I have one more course to do but my confidence is growing every day.

I did the Nail Tech course consisting of learning Mani Pedi, Acrylic and UV Gel Extension with Corina and Karen and I couldn’t recommend enough! Initially drawn in by the great reviews and competitive pricing, they didn’t disappoint with their knowledge and teaching skills. They both have so much experience in the industry so are able to thoroughly answer any question you have whether it be about application or on the job. As well as their expertise, the lessons were super fun, they alleviated any pressure whilst ensuring your technique is spot on. I’d definitely go back should I need to further my skills ❤️

This academy is amazing, took a three day Nail Technician course, and all I can say is my tutor Karen was amazing, really patient, informative, and gave a lot of great advice and tips along side the training. You can tell Karen loves what she does, and is passionate about the beauty industry. Would 100% recommend to anybody who is Contemplating taking a course at this academy.

I recently completed the Facial and Skincare course and had a very positive experience. The training facility in Manchester is excellent, with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome.

Karen, the tutor, did an amazing job. She is incredibly patient and explains everything in great detail. You can always ask questions, and she’s happy to demonstrate things as many times as needed until you fully understand.
I’m currently working in the NHS and have been considering a career change or starting a part-time role on the side. This course has really opened my eyes, and I think the Beauty Academy is a fantastic place to begin that journey. I attended the Indian Head Massage course with GILL and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely training rooms but GILL made it so much fun and went through everything slowly and repeatedly (especially for an oldy like me who needs more training than the younger girls). I took a lash lift and tint course with Anjula as my teacher, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Anjula made everything so easy to follow, explaining each step clearly and making sure we felt confident before moving on. Her energy was genuinely the most positive and encouraging I’ve experienced in any class, and she created a relaxed environment where it was easy to ask questions and actually understand the technique. By the end I was able to complete a full lash lift and tint on my own with her guidance, and I’m really proud of the results. Thank you, Anjula, for such a great learning experience!

I came all the way from Ireland to “The beauty Academy” in Birmingham and I can definitely say it was soooo worth it!!! The lady that thought me (Anjula) was AMAZING, not only she was so professional but also very helpful and hands on which really helped me to engage and get better on doing fans etc. The groups are very small which was amazing as it help me to focus more and get as much help as I needed. Definitely recommend going to this academy! It is definitely worth the money!! I’m so so happy that I came here and had a chance to learn and be taught by Anjula! She is FANTASTIC 🥰 5/5 starts !!!!

I attended the Gel Nails course at Newmarket and would 110% recommend! It was so much fun, our group was small so we had plenty of 1:1 attention and help. Our teacher Michelle was lovely, she was great at teaching, explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions. The setting and facilities were also very good. Going into this course I knew nothing about acrylic nails, and even though only a day course, I learned so much in such a short amount of time; Jemma is such an amazing teacher in the way she explains everything, rights as well as wrongs. I did the Swedish Body Massage course at The Beauty Academy in Reading, and it was such a good day. Our tutor, Jemma, was amazing. Passing this class was such a great experience, and I’m so grateful to have had Kerry as my instructor. She is incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming, which made learning feel comfortable from day one. Chris was absolutely amazing, I attended the classic lash course as a beginner and left fully informed! With theory and practical, I will be recomdending this course for anyone who wants to consider starting lashes. Fully enjoyed my time alongside it being a great new skill. I had the pleasure of taking a three-day makeup course with Chris, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Chris is an incredibly cheerful, polite, and friendly tutor. She taught us a wide range of makeup techniques with remarkable patience and attention to detail. From the very first session to the last, she always made sure that every student understood the material. The hands-on, training was both engaging and incredibly informative. I truly feel like I’ve learned so much that I’ll be able to apply in the future. Any student who gets the chance to learn from Chris is truly fortunate. I wholeheartedly recommend her, especially for beginners!

Christyn made a friendly, relaxed and fun learning environment, it was great to learn and enjoy the process. I completed the Facial Massage & Skincare course in Clapham Junction on Tuesday, and it was a fantastic experience. The teacher was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have completed a few sessions at the Clapham branch and the sessions are kept intentionally small and intimate, which creates a comfortable learning environment and allows for plenty of individual attention. This made a huge difference to my confidence and understanding throughout the course.
